1. No Refund Policy
At Saturday, we strive to provide a valuable platform for discovering and booking experiences. Due to the nature of our services, all payments are final, and we do not offer refunds for any subscriptions, business listings, or promotional services purchased through our platform.
2. Exceptions
Refunds may only be considered in the following cases:

If a duplicate charge has been made due to a technical error, please contact us within 7 days for review.

If a service was not provided due to an error on our part, we will assess the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.
3. Subscription & Cancellations

Business subscriptions are billed on a monthly or fixed-term basis.

Businesses may cancel at any time, but cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and no refunds will be issued for any unused portion of the service.

If you signed up for a fixed-term promotional package (e.g., 6-month plan), no partial refunds will be granted for early termination.
4. Event & Booking Refunds

Saturday does not process refunds for bookings made through third-party businesses or venues. Any refund requests must be handled directly with the business or ticket provider.
