Refund Policy

Saturday is free to download and use. There is currently no paid subscription for users. No charges are made to users for browsing venues, events, or joining groups.
Business listings and services
Where Saturday charges businesses for premium listings or services, all payments are final. We do not offer refunds except in the following circumstances:
- A duplicate charge was made due to a technical error on our part — contact us within 7 days
- A service was not delivered due to an error on our part — we will assess and determine an appropriate resolution
Cancellations
Business subscriptions or paid arrangements may be cancelled at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time.
Third-party bookings
Saturday does not process payments for venue bookings. Any booking made directly with a venue or event organiser is subject to that party's own refund and cancellation policy. We are not responsible for third-party refunds.
