1. Who we are

2. Eligibility
To use Saturday you must be at least 18 years old and agree to comply with these Terms. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
3. Your account
You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account, keep your login credentials secure, and notify us immediately of any unauthorised access. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
We may suspend or delete accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent or harmful activity, or remain inactive for an extended period. You may delete your account at any time via the app or by contacting us.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Services for any unlawful purpose
- Post false, misleading, offensive, defamatory, or illegal content
- Harass, threaten, or harm other users
- Create fake profiles or impersonate others
- Attempt to scrape, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the Services
- Use the Services to promote other platforms or services without our permission
5. User-generated content
By submitting content (profile information, messages, group details, feedback), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, display, and moderate that content within the Services. You are solely responsible for the content you post.
We may remove content at our discretion. We do not endorse or verify user-generated content and are not responsible for it.
6. Groups and social features
Saturday facilitates social planning between users. We are not responsible for the actions of users within groups, the safety of meetings arranged through the app, or disputes between users. By using group features you acknowledge that you are meeting other users at your own risk. We strongly recommend meeting in public places.
7. Venues and events
Venue and event listings on Saturday are provided for information purposes. We do not guarantee the accuracy, availability, or quality of any listed venue or event. Any booking or visit arranged via a third-party venue is subject to that venue's own terms and conditions. We are not responsible for third-party venues or events.
8. Intellectual property
All content, branding, and software comprising the Saturday Services is owned by or licensed to us. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use our content without written permission.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Saturday is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of the Services, including but not limited to loss arising from meetings arranged through the app, reliance on venue or event listings, or interruption to the Services.
Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed £100.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use your data and forms part of these Terms.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via the app or email. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
