Saturday is an app that helps you discover great venues and events near you, then find a group of like-minded people to go with. Whether you want to try a hidden gem restaurant, catch a live music night, or just explore your city — Saturday sorts your weekend.
Yes — Saturday is completely free to download and use. Browse venues, events, and groups at no cost.
We're launching in Warrington, Manchester, and Liverpool first — with more cities across the UK coming soon. If you want Saturday in your city, let us know via the contact page.
Saturday is currently iOS only. Android is on the roadmap — get in touch if you'd like to be notified when it launches.
Groups
Anyone can create a group for something they want to do — set the venue or event, choose the group size (3–10 people), and let people request to join. The host reviews each request and approves who's in, so you always know who you're meeting. Once your group is full, chat and sort the details together.
Yes — you can filter by mixed groups, women only, men only, singles welcome, sober friendly, and more. The host sets the type when creating the group.
Hosts approve or decline requests based on their preferences for the group. If you're declined, just find another group or create your own — there are no hard feelings built into the app.
Yes — you can leave a group at any time from the group detail screen.
Safety
Safety is built into how groups work. Hosts approve every request — you see the person's profile, age, and vibes before saying yes. Groups always meet in public venues. You can report any user at any time, and we take every report seriously.
You can report any user directly from their profile or from within a group chat. Tap the three dots menu and select "report". We review every report and take appropriate action.

Get in touch via our contact page and we'll get your venue or event added. There's no cost to be listed. We'll be in touch within 48 hours.
